ITV The Larkins: Watford star Bradley Walsh spotted filming for new series

Bradley Walsh was spotted filming for a new series of ITV’s The Larkins. The star has confirmed they are currently filming the second season of the heart-warming comedy drama.

Bradley, who is from Watford, was seen in chatting with local people in Canterbury, Kent on Friday (May 27). He also stopped to take pictures with fans, KentLive reports.

A picture, which was taken at around 5.30pm, shows Bradley sitting by a memorial in the city and chatting. He confirmed last week that he was in Kent filming for the new series of the show.

In a video which he shared on his Instagram, Bradley said: “On set, here at the Larkins. Big old shoot today. Really looking forward to it and the rest of the series. Hope you all have a wonderful summer.”

Bradley is also keen to promote his other ITV show Beat the Chasers, and added: “But off to a fantastic start last night – Beat the Chasers. Absolutely. Wins its slot outright. Keep it up folks. Keep watching Beat the Chasers. There are some fantastic wins coming along.”

He added in the caption alongside the video: “Hello instas, I’m in sunny Kent making The Larkins with my telly family. But gotta say ..what a start for Beat The Chasers last night… FANTASTIC!! We’re on all week and there are some brilliant contestants. Hope you are all keeping well. Love to you all, Brad x.”

Fans were delighted to read the news that The Larkins will be returning to our screens. One person said: “Absolutely love the Larkins, sooo glad there’s another series.”

Another wrote: “I love you as Pop, Bradley. Can’t wait to watch the next series.” While one other fan said: “Can’t wait for second series, love the Larkins!”

ITV has confirmed that Bradley will be returning to the show alongside BAFTA winner Joanna Scanlan. The pair will take up the iconic Pop and Ma Larkin roles. It is due to air later this year.
