£500k refurb of Stevenage gym complete

 

A £500,000 refurbishment of the gym at Stevenage Arts and Leisure Centre is now complete. The revamp includes state-of-the-art fitness equipment, such as new bikes in the spin studio, alongside new lighting and flooring.

People are invited to trial the new facilities at the annual Health Action Day on Saturday. From 10am to 2pm, alongside gym access, activities will include table tennis, youth tennis, dodgeball, walking tennis and the popular Fitathon to raise money for dementia charities.
